The set consists of 28 cards and it depicts
every firehouse the various companies occupied for which a
photograph exists. Familiar to post card collectors will be
a reprint of the 14 companies taken in 1914. Also included
in the set are the four active fire stations with the Bureau
of Fire’s new apparatus. The remaining ten cards feature
very rare views of some of the early firehouses taken from
the extensive Houseal Family Archives, now a permanent
component of the PNFM. All 28 cards are in full color,
wrapped and sealed in cellophane and offered at a very
affordable price of $13.00 per set. The post cards will be
available the week of the Fire Expo, which begins on Friday,
May 15. Or, if you’d like your cards mail-ordered, send a
$16 check payable to the PA National Fire Museum ($13.00 per
set plus $3.00 s & h) to
